Hi again:)!
It's comparison time!!
Top: O.P.I Be A Dahlia Won't you Bottom: CG 108 Degrees |
What say you ladies? I say if you have one, you don't need the other. 108 Degrees is slightly more opaque only needing Two coats v. Three for Be a Dahlia Won't You. However, I found that the slight Purple Sparkle comes across more in BADWY.
You guys decide! Dupes or not?
<3 Cristina
I just can´t tell the difference :P Thanks for this comparison :)
ReplyDeleteDARN IT!!! I have 108 Degrees so I don't need Dahlia...but I know I'll buy it anyway because I'm a dork.
ReplyDeleteThey may not be exact, but I'm pretty sure they're close enough to save me $9! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comparison! I don't have either of these, but I love the look. I guess I'll get which ever is more easily available.
ReplyDeleteCan't get any closer!
ReplyDeleteYep, definite dupe! :)
ReplyDeleteThey are close, but I have 108 Degrees and love it so much I think I need to get the OPI one too!! I will be wearing this color a lot this summer!
ReplyDeleteDUPE! Thanks for the comparison :).
ReplyDeleteJust bought Be a Dahlia Won't You! Thanks for this, saved me some extra cash :)
ReplyDeleteThnx for this, I have 108 degrees and this saved me the opi
ReplyDeleteThis is an exact dupe . I'd buy either one !
ReplyDeleteDefinitely dupes! I do see a bit more shimmer in the OPI, but I think it's a negligible difference.
ReplyDeleteoooh, good to know - I just got 108 Degrees, so I won't be needing BADWY. they're both pretty - thx for the comparison! :)
ReplyDelete~~T
i went straight to the picture without reading any words and wondered why you were showing a mani with just 2 fingers... then i realised! definite dupes!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this!! I went to Sally's the other day, and they were out of 108 Degrees. But it's good to know that I have other options :)
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Laura, I did the same thing.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the China Glaze Tropical Island collection was also a limited edition polish so most Sally Beauty Supplies sold out within a few weeks of getting it.
China Glaze retails for $5.99.
OPI retails for $8.50.
When I saw other swatches of these two, I did think they looked rather similar! Your swatches are better than the other ones I've seen and now I'm certain I'll just pick up one of them (probably China Glaze!) Thank you for this awesome post!
