31 Day Challenge! Day 4- Green Nails Double Feature

Hi loves!!!

  Welcome to day Four of the challenge. Today's color is one of my favorites... GREEN!! I just love Green as a color in general. I'd say Green is my favorite color. It's calming to me and reminds me of the outdoors.  I kept today's look simple but I really like how it turned out. I'm no dotting wiz but practice makes perfect, right?
 So this was my first shot at the Ombre mani and I really like the look. I had such a hard time choosing my Five colors. The transition between Greens isn't exactly smooth but I do like how they all look together. I kept things simple by just doing some cute dotting. I smudged my pinkie dots a little but I was too lazy to go back and fix it :( lol.


Here is a pic of my base colors. From Thumb to Pinkie: Bettina #194, O.P.I Jade is the New Black, Misa Dirty, Sexy Money, O.P.I Mermaid's Tears and China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint. All were Two coats.

And just for reference here is a pic of the colors :D.

 Now for a bonus look. This is Nicole By O.P.I Green Up Your Act! with accent nails in O.P.I Spark du Triomph. I had already been wearing this for a few days before I took pics which is why it looks a little crappy but this is such a good combo.

    I really like what you did with the green, keeping it simple made a bigger statement than if you would have done a lot in my opinion with green. I really like all the colors :)

    Wow, loving the dots, it makes the ombre more of a whole instead of just the different colors.. that always looks a wee bit off to me!
