Happy Sunday all!!
I never understood the use of the color Blue to describe a sad feeling... Blue is such a refreshing and happy color!! I mean.. Do any of these pictures make you feel sad? Not me!!
Today I am throwing some Blue swatches your way. I think I own the most Blue tones out of any color.. Seriously... It is hard for me to dislike a Blue polish and these are some of my faves!
This is my beloved Candy Peppermint. Whenever I am looking at my Bettina rack this baby always jumps out at me. It's the most perfect shade of Pastel Light Blue but it is so vibrant and clean. Excellent Two coat formula.
This is Glitter Jean. This one is a muted Blue sparkle in a creamy true Blue base. I love how this color just glows and looks almost textured. This baby also has a great Two coat formula.
This one is Indigo. The name says it best. It is actually a bit darker in person than my photos make it look. It is THE best Navy creme I own. It's unique and sophisticated and I wish I could have taken Sunlight pics of this stunner. Again this one has a very nice, saturated Two coat formula.
I should do a Bettina Blue spam post with ALL of my Bettina Blues. They make some of the most stunning Blue cremes I have in my whole collection and the formula just cannot be beat. Would you guys like that? Let me know!!
Have a happy Sunday!!
♥ Cristina

ReplyDeleteI feel the same about grey--it is one of my favorite colors (not necessarily for nails). Some of my favorite clothes are grey (and oh so soft).
I don't know that I could pick a color to equate to sadness. Maybe greige or a weird green, but certainly not all greens. Plain boring black maybe (but that's why anything black I own has sparkles! LOL)
beautiful blog, also because they are passionate about nail Art..
ReplyDeleteSkip to my blog if you like, I would so much pleasure.

ReplyDeleteO.O Oh my lemmings!!! These are...perfection! *swoons*
ReplyDeleteI also don't understand why blue in English language means something sad because in my language it means something wise (if you describe a person as a blue it means he is smart and wise, usually older people), anyway I like blue and specially the last picture is lovely
ReplyDeleteWow! Blue is my favorite nail polish color.. These blues are amazing. I never heard of that brand but I think I'm going to have to buy these blues! Love!
