Good morning lovely ladies (and boys?). Today I have a super cute and girly Winter inspired design. I love how this turned out. It made me wish that it snowed in Florida. Fun fact: I am going on 25 years old and I've never seen snow... I really want to see snow... In the mean time I'll just gaze at my pretty snowflake nails. It's so much fun to turn Pink wednesday into a Holiday themed mani. These remind me of Barbie for some reason.
Eeeee! I just love this. So for this look I started with two coats of Julep's Carrie. OMG so pretty! To give my nails a snowy look I lightly sponged the tips with China Glaze White on White. Using Konad plate M59 and Konad White and Pink Special polish I added the cute layered snowflake stamps. I topped the whole thing off with some INM Northern Lights <3!!
So that is it for today. I hope you are all having a wonderful and short week. I am so ready for Christmas!!
Happy Pink Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteThese are super lovely! I've been thinking what kind of nails I could do for Christmas because I don't have any Christmas-y colors... but these are really Christmas-y even though they're pink. There's hope! I even have that same Konad plate.
ReplyDeleteBtw, I am 25 and living in Finland. I've seen too much snow. It's not always fun... to tell the truth, most of the time it's not fun at all. It's fun to look at but it's not fun to be on it.
Wow, looks so cute! ♥
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I love this. You want snow and I wish I lived somewhere hot where I had sun all the time :-)
ReplyDeleteaw super cute! love this look in pink :)
ReplyDeleteHow pretty this mani is!!! You are right, so girly and I love it for that very reason! The base color is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteOh, and snow, it's not all it's cracked up to be. It's pretty when it first falls, then girl it's a mess!!!! But I do hope you get to see it soon for your own experience ;0).
This is amazing, so girly and pink, I want!

ReplyDeleteI love love pink.I love your manicure I am so jeolouse of your nails.
ReplyDeleteAwwiee! I wish you lived here so we could see snow for the first time together, drink hot chocolate and make snow angels on the ground lol! Lovee this mani! I want it, I need it :P
ReplyDeleteAdorable!!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is gorgeous! I am jealous because I know I could never recreate this!
ReplyDeleteSo I'm not the only person in Florida who decided to do a snowflake manicure. Luckily, I'm actually a transplant and have seen and enjoyed snow. It sounds like you need to plan a ski trip or just a getaway to a snowy mountain.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely mani. Barbie wishes her nails looked that good.
That looks really cool! I think it would look great in blue, too:)
ReplyDeletewhat a pretty pink! I love the snowflakes too :) Super adorable oxoxo
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! I love the multiple layers and sponging... :D
ReplyDeleteI love your stamping. Can't imagine never having seen snow since I live in Sweden.. My best friends cousin was visiting from Colombia and I was with them when she saw snow for the first time. It was pretty cool :D
ReplyDeleteLovely!! I adore this desing ^^
ReplyDeleteAlso, forgot to mention that I just tagged you with a Nail Art Friendly Blog Award! :D
ReplyDeleteLOVE this!!! Too too pretty!
ReplyDeleteYou are younger than me (:P) so...it did snow in FL in 1976 (I was 6). And then in 1989 some areas saw snow.
But for "real, non-FL" snow, my family took a trip to see snow when I was 21. Awesomeness. We took our daughter when she was 4. And now we need to take our son, who is 9.
My mom loves to tell me that "vacation snow" is a far cry from "living in it all the time" snow" LOL
The pink is so unexpected for a Christmas Mani, I love it! I have never tried sponging but I really like how it looks, I might have to give it a whirl:-)
ReplyDeletereally pretty!
ReplyDeleteThis pink is so lovely, squishy and girly that I would never thought to put snowflakes on top but it looks different and amazing.
ReplyDeleteYou've never seen snow? It sounds weird because I'm usually drowning in it every winter and I hate it but for you it is probably very romantic because you don't have to live with it ;)
What a nice nail art !!! I love how you've mixed pink and white !!! Really beautiful !
ReplyDeleteLove this design! I found it on pintrest and decided to do it on my own nails, and it is sooo cute! Just wanted to say thanks for posting this! I am now an avid follower!
