Muffin Monday!! Zoya Apple gets Studded

Good morning and happy Muffin Monday!

Today I have one of, what seems to be, Muffin's favorite colors. I'm pretty sure she has picked this one once before. Today's pick is also one of Mr. LTHP's favorite colors. Whenever he visits me when I'm hard at work in the polish room he always picks up either Apple, Adina or Ivanka. What can I say? The man has good taste :D. So, basically I had Mr. LTHP pick some of his favorite colors and lay them out for Muffin for her to make her final pick... There were A LOT of Greens.

Zoya Apple
I started with Three thin coats of Zoya's Apple. This color is just so amazing. Well the entire Sunshine Collection from Zoya Summer 20111 was amazing. But, anyways, I started with Apple and then went to town with some studs I found at Wal-Mart. It is a very small Kiss pack and it doesn't have many of each style of stud but I really like these and the edgy look they create. I'm thinking of getting more. These are fun.

And here is a swatch of one of my favorite Summer colors from the faeries at Zoya, Apple. Three coats.
 Isn't this beautiful!
Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I wonder what will happen if I let my kitties choose the polish. Too bad my stash is not large enough to make this experiment...

The color is AMAZING! and I say that as someone who hates green LOL
and I love the texture too. It filled my mouth in a yummy candy taste.
I am not sure I like the other deco though... but I think I need to see it from a little bit of a distance. In your (amazing, I may add!) macro shots it just looks so big...

  4. Wow'd! I won't be able to take a bite out of a Granny Smith without thinking about your mani! By the way, it's Tiffany (@proactiff) from the C. FL Beauty Bloggers meet up. My other account got hacked so I'm following you from my main Twitter account. Until we read and tweet again. Take care.

  5. Those studs are cute!! Like it that you have different designs on each finger. Very creative.

I think I'm gonna rip off ur "muffin monday" and instead of having one of my cats choose - have my three year old choose. She's getting to be as bad as mommy and wants different nail polishes every day. lol

  8. Nice! I just picked up some of those studs, but I grabbed 3 packs of each since I plan on using a ton of them for some upcoming manis. I love, love, love studded nails! Great use of the different studs!

  14. I think Muffin Monday is one of my new favorite things! For some reason I love watching her come in and pick a polish. Now I really need to get a kitty! Sometimes I ask my boyfriend to pick but sometimes he chooses some weird combo...I think he does it just to mess with me!
