Cult Nails Spring Radiance Nail Art and Swatches

(**Press Samples**)

I am closing out this week with something I've never done for the blog before... a delicate freehanded floral. Ever since I got my hands on the Cult Nails Spring Radiance collection; I just knew this is what I wanted to do with the colors. Such delicate, much dainty! More after the jump.

This mani started with a base of Cult Nails Alluring. This shimmering blushing nude was screaming for dainty flowers. For my little flowers I used Cult Nails Radiance, which is the only shade I did not get to swatch. Radiance is a vivid take on the pantone color of the year, radiant orchid. To paint my flowers I used Cult Nails In Love and Tempest. To create the little leaves I mixed a bit of Cult Nails Riot with Tempest to create a muted minty green that was still opaque and vivid. I topped my nails off in some Wicked Fast to seal my flowers. I really like how these turned out... even though this kept coming to my mind hahaa.

Cult Nails Thrive- This beauty is a squishy muted mint green base packed with micro shimmer and glitter in a blend of twinkling silver and aqua. The formula on this shade is so creamy and smooth even though it is thoroughly packed with shimmer and sparkle. That said, it is definitely best to keep a light and steady hand while applying. I used Three thin coats for my manicure. This baby dries a little gritty so a good top coat is a must for shine and smoothness. I used two coats of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.

Cult Nails Alluring- This shade is a super interesting "dirty peach", blushing nude shade. It is not too pink, it is not too brown, it is not too nude... It is juuuuust right. The super interesting thing about this shade is the contrasting flashes of micro green shimmer (which my camera refused to capture on my nails). The formula on this color is flawless and does great in two easy coats. Shown with a top coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast.

The shades from the Cult Nails Spring Radiance collection are available for $12.00 per shade from www.cultnails.com. I really enjoyed wearing this look. It was completely out of character for me but for once I did not curl up in fear about freehanding stuff haha. I had fun with these and got a few compliments even :D.

Happy Friday everyone and thanks for coming by!
