How I Wore It: The Cirque Burlesque Collection

 Happy Wednesday beautiful readers! Today I want to share this look which features Four beautiful new holographic shades by Cirque Nail Polish. This release is inspired by all things Burlesque. It was an absolute must to do something sexy and to find a way to wear all Four of them at once. They are entirely marvelous, and insanely beautiful. 

Cirque Boudoir- This beauty is a classic Fall plum with the added twist of a beautiful holographic finish. 

Cirque Harlow- A lovely shade of antique gold with an amazing holographic finish. 

Cirque Josephine- An unique shade of deep evergreen with an amazing holographic finish. 

Cirque Trocadero- A classic royal blue with a holographic finish.

  For my Index and Middle nails I brought all Four shades together in a four-way gradient by using [THIS] method.  My Ring finger was stamped using a Bundle Monster plate and some Konad Black special polish. I accented my Pinkie and Thumbs with simple touches of Black stones. 

  All of these shades have a perfect formula. They were all opaque in Two easy and perfectly smooth coats. The Burlesque collection is available now from CirqueColors.com and each shade retails for $13.

Is this not the sexiest little collection you've seen in some time? It definitely is for me, I just love them!

Fall Nail Art with Shades from the Zoya Ignite Collection

 Ahh Zoya. You and your perfect Fall collections will forever have a special place in my heart. This look features shades from the amazing Ignite collection for Fall 2014. I am just blown away by the richness and opulence of these shades. For this look I wanted to incorporate Three of the shades in a slightly Steampunk- Boba Fett fashion. This look features Zoya Yuna and Zoya Remy in a gradient, and Zoya Autumn as the freehanded accent.

Zoya Yuna- Zoya describes Yuna as  a full-coverage warm grey with copper and gold liquid metal. This shade is stunning and so unique. I love the strong golden shimmer that gives it an almost duochrome look. 

Zoya Remy- Zoya describes Remy as a  a brilliant indigo with copper and gold liquid metallic shimmer. This shade is MAGICAL. If you were a fan of Charla you will absolutely LOVE Remy. She is so saturated and richly pigmented that she practically jumps off the nails. 

Zoya Autumn- Zoya describes Autumn as  a varnished copper liquid metal. I was on the fence about this color until I saw her in action. She has a beautiful glowy quality and is just spectacular. 

 I really love these ultra reflective shades. These beauties are bold and beautiful and so very unique. I am definitely thoroughly enjoying the Ignite Collection by Zoya. These beauties also coordinate so well, they are beautiful as nail art. The Ignite collection is available now from Zoya.com.

Jordana Playful Pastels Cotton Candy Gradient

Happy Tuesday beauties!! Today's look is a sweet pastel rainbow gradient I just had to do with the Playful Pastels collection by Jordana. I don't have much info on this collection.  They just showed up at my place, like a yummy little treat :D. I know it is available online from the Jordana site and they retail for $1.99. I'm not sure if it is limited edition or not, but something about this collection does feel LE. As you may have guessed, this cute release is made up of pastel shades, Six of them to be exact. These macaron- inspired shades have got me craving all things sweet.

Jordana Whimsical White- You guys can see this one here, because it is being used as the base for my gradient. Whimsical White is a lovely shade of marshmallowy white creme-jelly. The formula is wonderful and the finish is just adorable. I only needed Two coats.
Jordana Baby Blue- This shade is a classic, true baby blue creme-jelly. The formula on this pretty is definitely crelly and has a perfect squishy finish. I love how the crelly texture functioned in the gradient.
Jordana Merry Mint- This shade has the same type of formula as Baby Blue. Merry Mint is a perfect shade of pastel mint green. It is not a "vivid" pastel. It has a very delicate feel to it, just lovely.
Jordana Sunsational- This shade is a primary pastel yellow creme. It is a very warm shade of yellow and could be hard to pull off for some. In this gradient it shows up more as a more vibrant shade of pastel yellow. This shade has one of the denser formulas in the collection. I think it would do well in Two coats.
Jordana Pink Petunia- This is your classic pastel bubblegum pink creme. This shade also leans on the warmer side of pastel. The formula on this color is also fairly dense, and a true creme.
Jordana Lively Lilac- This pretty is another creme- jelly shade. Lively Lilac is slightly more pigmented than the baby blue and mint shade. The name say it all for this pretty shade of lilac crelly.

 I topped my gradient off with a coat of Seche Vite, followed by a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust. Then I sealed it off again in some Seche Vite to help with dry time. I love how soft and dreamy this gradient turned out. The sheerness of the mint and blue shade were bothering me at first, but the finished result changed my mind.

O.P.I Nordic Mish Mash Nail Art Look

 Hello lovely readers and happy Monday! Today I want to share this mish mash fall look I did using some of the shades from the beautiful O.P.I Nordic collection for Fall 2014. I will be very honest and say that I was not expecting much from this collection judging by the original promo shots. Once I got to see them in person it was a whole different story. I actually really love all the shades in this release and have been really enjoying bringing them together in funky nail art looks. 

This look features the following shades: 

O.P.I Do you Have This Color in Stock-Holm-  This shade is a vibrant shade of true Violet creme. I can't really say that it leans Blue, or Red. To me this shade is a perfectly balanced, rich and vibrant, shade of Purple. 

O.P.I My Voice is a Little Norse- This pretty is an amazing blend of small holographic, super sparkly, glitter suspended in a lightly smoked out base. This baby is fairly densely packed, but it does best layered. I'm not sure this glitterbomb could achieve opacity on its own. For this look I decided to use a cosmetic wedge sponge to apply the glitter in a gradient over Do You Have this Color in Stock-Holm. 

O.P.I Suzi has a Swede Tooth- This shade is your classic Pink creme. It is a really balanced and flattering shade of Pink creme that will appeal to many different tastes. In this look I decided to add it as little pops of vibrant dots. 

O.P.I Ice-Bergers and Fries- This shade is a rich camel- toned brown, leans a tad red. I was not expecting to love this shade as hard as I do. It reminds me of lush leather handbags and matching knee- high boots. Wearing this shade as my base on my Pinkie and Index fingers brought this mani up to "Fall Speed". 

I finished this look off with two generous coats of Seche Vite. 

 I absolutely adore how these colors play together. I also adore the formulas for all of these colors. They all went on buttery smooth and gave me no issues. Even the colors I used as accents were a joy to work with. Also.. the names :D, the names are great! This collection is available now at most (if not all) O.P.I retailers. How I Wore It: Cirque Back to Basics Collection

 Happy Wednesday beauties! Today's look goes back to basics. Who doesn't love a classic palette of Black and White? Long time LTHP readers know how much I adore working with these simple colors. Cirque Nail Lacquer recently released new B&W creme shades in her Back to Basics collection. I was very excited to see Cirque venture into making cremes; and even more excited to see she started out with a black and a white creme. More after the jump.

Salon Perfect Neon POP Rainbow Ombre Nail Art (+ Video Tutorial)

  Today I have something neon, colorful, holographic and exciting to share with you! So.. Salon Perfect is rocking my world with their Neon POP collection for this Summer season. I know I just shared a rainbow ombre just last week.... But I figured you guys would not mind one more... especially if it also came with a tutorial, right? 

 I could not resist bringing these beautiful, bright and summery shades together for a rainbow ombre because NEON RAINBOWS!!!!! More after the jump.

  On Wednesdays we wear RAINBOWS! With this colorful mani I mark the start of a "new era" in LTHP-ness. And by "new" I mean more like the good 'ol days when my blog was more of my nail polish diary, and not so much a review archive. With this small step "backwards" I hope to re-ignite my blogging flame. I will admit that this mani definitely re-awakened something in me... because COLORS! More after the jump ♥.

Fun with Pretty & Polished Summer Fun Collection

It is Monday... 

... and the only thing that could make that fact a bit more bearable is these amazing Summer polishes from Pretty & Polished.  Today I want to share a look and some swatches I did (with and of) the Summer Fun collection. This release consists of Six new Summer holo beauties. 

 For the vertical gradient I was inspired by Marta of Chit Chat Nails and her textured rainbow look. I really loved her color choices and placement. For my version of Marta's look I decided to go all holo with Three of the shades from the Summer Fun collection. On my index nail I did Three thin coats of Pretty & Polished Firefly. This shade is an unbelievable, neon lime holographic. If glow sticks could also glow holo, they would look like Firefly. On my pinkie and thumbnails I wore P&P Living in Flip Flops. This shade is a wonderful grapey- purple holo. I used Three thin coats of this shade as well. 

 On my gradient nails I started with a coat of O.P.I's Put a Coat on (white base) and top coated it to create a glassy smooth white base. On my middle gradient nail I used P&P Firefly and P&P Lakefront. For my ring nail gradient I used P&P Lakefront and P&P Living in Flip Flops. Lakefront, btw, is the most beautiful shade of deep teal holographic.
 These pretties were soooo amazing to work with. And, as you can see, they make for beautiful gradients!! I topped my nails off with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top. Side note: I absolutely adore how my ring nail looks like the most kick ass duochrome there ever was :D.

Pretty & Polished Poolside- This refreshing beauty is a classic sky blue linear holo. I used three thin coats for my swatch.

 Pretty & Polished Summer Love- This pretty is a beautiful shade of light red linear holographic. It is possible my eyes are playing tricks on me, but I could have sworn I also saw a bit of a pink shimmer hidden in this shade. I love that it is a softer shade of red. I used Three thin coats for my swatch.

Pretty & Polished Sandy Shores- LONG LIVE NUDE HOLOS!!!!!!! This outstanding beauty is a creamy shade of sandy beige with a delicate linear holo shimmer. The holo in this shade is subtle and beautiful. I used Three thin coats for my swatch.

 All of these shades have amazing formulas. With holo polishes I always feel like a good formula cannot be stressed enough. I really adore the range of perfect Summery colors Chels did for this release. The Summer Fun collection is available now from the Pretty & Polished online shop and retails for $9.00/color.

 I would have to say my faves are definitely Firefly, Lakefront, Sandy Shores and Living in Flip Flops. But honestly, they are all wonderful and each one put a smile on my face. Which ones are you loving most?

Cult Nails It's a New Day Collection Look

Happy Thursday!! 

 It is a new day indeed. A very rainy new day :D... but I love in South Florida... I think I'd be worried if it WASN'T raining. The look I am sharing today is the opposite of what the weather feels like, I need that haha. For this look I went with ALLL the Cult Nails. Maria and Marta (of Chit Chat Nails) did such a wonderful job on this collection. The It's a New Day collection is definitely one of my all time favorite releases that Cult Nails has ever done. 

 On my ring and thumbnails I used Cult Nails Evolution. This shade is a light, peachy, crelly. I absolutely adore the squishiness of this color. I mean I just LOVE the color, period. Light peachy shades are my go-to, safe place, nail color. I wanted to have a sparkly accent so I topped off my peachy nails with some Cult Nails Walk of Shame.
 For the gradient nails I started with a base of Cult Nails It's a New Day. This shade is the most perfect pastel, baby chick, yellow creme. The formula is squishy perfection. To create the gradients I used Cult Nails Falling Hard and It's a New Day. Falling Hard is a soft Barbie pink crelly with a great formula.
 Since I have not stamped in ages... I decided to bust out some stamping gear... I used Bundle Monster plate BM- H09 and Cult Nails Radiance for the stamped details. I finished my nails off with a coat of Seche Vite.

 I really love how these colors play together. They are a perfect complimentary trio and I can't imagine one without the others. Again I say, Maria and Marta did a wonderful job with this collaboration. These shades are still available from the Cult Nails website and retail for $12.00.

#NailArtSociety The Great Glitzy (Silver) Nail Art Look

Happy Tuesday! 

  Today I want to share this super flashy look I did using Nail Art Society's "The Great Glitzy (Silver)" set. For those of you who may not be familiar with Nail Art Society, they are a monthly subscription box. Every month they provide you with a "curated" kit for a themed nail art look. It also looks like you can shop the sets individually without having to sign up for the monthly subscription. It is such a neat concept. There is such a wide range of kits for all different styles.

 The set featured here is "The Great Glitzy" in Silver, also comes in gold. This set is all about flash, bling, sparkle and extravagance. The featured polish is by Floss Gloss Dimepiece (lololol). The kit also includes a baggie of gems  and other apliques, as well as a small jar of huge Silver prismatic loose glitter. For this look I chose to play with the gems instead of the hexes. 

 I started with a sheer pink base using O.P.I Be Magentale because I wanted to do an exaggerated sparkling "french gradient". And also because my nails are hella stained and naked just would not have looked good. Using a piece of cosmetic wedge I dabbed on Floss Gloss Dimepiece just on the tips of my nails. This polish is SOOO sparkly and pretty and DENSE, it is a great thing. The particles are all holographic and on the smaller side, it twinkles a lot. 

  I worked on each nail individually since I was suing nail glue to apply the stones. There was absolutely no rhyme or reason behind the application of the decorations. I wanted it to look like I covered my nails in glue and dipped them in a vat of sparkling stuff. I think I definitely achieved my goal. I used O.P.I nail glue to keep the stones on my nails. I top coated with KBShimmer Clearly on Top. I am happy to report that I wore these for about Four days and didn't lose a single stone. 

 The Great Glitzy set is available from Nail Art Society for $11.95. It also comes in a Golden version, which is equally awesome. I am in LOOOVE with Floss Gloss polishes and their hipster vibe ;D. The bottles are just adorable. 

 Speaking of hipster... This is what I've been up to lately... When I am happy, sad, tired, sore... I spin. I needed something physical to channel some energy to and hooping became that thing. As you guys know I struggled with my health for a long time... Now things are so much better so I have to work on getting my body back in shape again. Hooping is the best physical activity I've ever picked up. It is so much fun :D.

One, Two, Tweak

Yay for caffeinated Mondays! 

  I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Mine was pretty mellow, it was nice. I am severely, overly caffeinated today. I am seeing noises and everything. I had to chug some coffee to get myself going and now I am shaking haha. Today I want to share Two looks I did using some shades from the beautiful KBShimmer Spring collection for 2014. I really love these shades.

 For this look I used some of KBShimmer new creme shades, as well as the glitter topper and a really cute and unique crelly-glitter. On my index and Pinkie nails I started with a base of KBShimmer Honey Do List. I then went for creamy gradients with Honey Do List and Pansy-Monium. To give my gradients an extra bit of flash I used KBShimmer Rush Flower Traffic to create a sparkling gradient over my creamy gradient. On my middle, ring and thumbnails I wore three thin coats of KBShimmer Daisy about You.

 Since I wore the O.P.I "Glitter off" base coat I decided to change my Index nails after a day. I just peeled off my glitter gradient and painted my index nails with KBShimmer Pansy- Monium. The stamp came from the holiday Bundle Monster set. I used Konad White special polish and BM plate BMH09. I top coated my nails with KBShimmer Clearly on Top. 

 I actually ended up wearing this entire collection as pairings. I love that KBShimmer did some kick ass cremes for this release. They are wonderful shades with amazing formulas. I really loved wearing these. I love Purple and Minty shades together.

Friday Fun with Nicole by O.P.I Nail Color

Happy Friday!! 

  I'm sorry this has been such a quiet week around here. I'm just starting to feel slightly better from that nasty little cold I caught. It could not have come at a worse time. I was supposed to be packing up stuff for our move this Saturday. LTHP and husband will be relocating to the South East coast of Florida. However, it is not a huuuuge move as we are only relocating from Sarasota, FL; from coast to coast... exciting stuff... 

  Anyhow, I wanted to check in and share these looks I've worn recently. I've been slacking some this past week since I was so sick... But, my nails were looking FAAAAAB! Sometimes I really dig manis that are really simple, with just a hint of something sparkly to make it special. 

 This first look is just a simple sparkling gradient with Nicole by O.P.I Sweet Surrender as the base color and Fab is my Middle Name sponged on the tips for a sparkling gradient look. Both of these shades are part of the Nicole by O.P.I 2014 core line expansion. Sweet Surrender is a beautiful mily off White. The formula is nice, very smooth and surprisingly opaque. I used two coats of this color. Fab is my Middle Name is a re-release. This glitter was originally created for the core line back in Spring of 2012 [original review can be found here]. I finished this look off with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top. 

One can never really go wrong with a nice chunky glitter, now can they? These two pretties also come from the Nicole by O.P.I 2014 Core expansion. The awesome diamond- shaped topper is called Be Awesome. It definitely lives up to its name. This glitter is just so much fun. The diamonds are Pink, Blue and Coppery shifters. There was no fishing or troubles with the pieces. What you see was completely random :D. A video on my glitter application technique can be found [HERE]. Finished off with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top. 

 Last but not least is this Nudey- with- a- pop- of- Teal cloudy look. These shade also come from the same collection. The base color is Nicole by O.P.I That's Putting it Mild. I only needed two coats of this beautiful Almond toned creme. For my pop of Teal I used Emerald Empowered which is a beautiful shade of shimmery metallic.... TEAL. Definitely not Emerald. Still gorg though. The final cloud is Nicole by O.P.I Taupe of my Class. Which is your classic shade of brown-tone Taupe-y goodness. I finished these off with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

#NailArtFeb Californails Challenge Day 28: Galaxies

  Yesterday I was stuck on what to say... Today I am overflowing with words of excitement. Why is that? Because I took on a nail art challenge and actually saw it through to the end! Today's look is the final prompt in the Californails "Totally Doable- I have a Life Challenge". Day 28 calls for galaxies. 

  I was suuuuper excited to take on this prompt. Galaxy manicures are incredibly fun to work on for me. I wanted to depart from the other galaxy looks I have posted. For this one I went with a Blue galactic feel, instead of Black how I had done for the other two galactic looks I've done. I can honestly say that this is definitely my fave galaxy manicure I have done to date. I was surprised at how fast I managed to get these done too. Normally I tend to overthink my galaxies, for these I just let them flow from me and the results were wonderful.

 For this galaxy look I started with a base of Zoya Dream. For the galactic elements I used Lime Crime Milky Ways(soft off White), Bettina Vanity(pale Sky Blue), Milani Raspberry Delight(vivd Pink creme), OCC Man by Man(amazing Teal jelly shimmer), Zoya Seraphina(shimmery White) and Catrice Heavy Metallilac(metallic shimmer Purple). To create the galactic look I used little tiny bits of cosmetic wedge sponge. I cut them into tiny pieces that I could control with tweezers to get more control of where the color was being sponged. It also helped me keep a light hand when applying color. I used a toothpick to create the little dot "stars". I finished my galaxies off with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top. 

 And with this look the challenge is complete! I am so happy to have taken this challenge on. It reminded me of what I am capable of when it comes to nail art. It also reminded me that now I then I need to push myself :D. I will be doing a post soon with a re-cap of all the looks to see them all together.

#NailArtFeb Californails Challenge Day 23: Animal Themed

Happy Tuesday everyone!! 

  I have been having SO much fun taking on this challenge by Californails. The prompts have been really fun to interpret. I also love that I had a few days between prompts to really give some thought to my next look. The prompt for day 23 is "animal themed". 

 Now, this look may seem familiar to some of you. Especially if you have been following LTHP for some time. Back in 2011 Sammy (The Nailasaurus), Rie (Nails and Noms) and I took on the 31 day nail art challenge and had so much fun doing it as a team and pushing each other to the finish line. One of the prompts in that challenge is "animal print" and [THIS] was the look I did back then. 

 To this day that is still one of my favorite looks (as well as most stolen picture lolol), and I had been really been wanting to recreate it.. So I figured it would be perfect to re- do this look for this challenge. It really begs to be said... Practice really does make perfect, or at least MUCH improvement :D.

 This look started with a base of Milani White. Which, as the name suggests, it is a clean, crisp White creme. Once my base was nice and dry I started working on my gradients. I used all Bettina shades for my gradients. Bettina shades are so ideal for SO many different types of nail art. They truly do shine when it comes to watermarbles and gradients. 

 On my Index and Pinkie gradients I used Bettina Pink Bikini, Epic and Yellow. For my middle nail gradient I used Bettina Vintage Jean, Purple and Pink Bikini. For my Ring finger gradient I used Bettina Yellow, Hopeful and Vintage Jean. To achieve the gradients I used a bit of cosmetic wedge sponge. I usually paint the colors onto the sponge and the work on my gradients. My technique is fairly similar to the one used in [THIS] tutorial. I will be making a video to show my technique soon.

 Once I was satisfied with my gradients I top coated them with some KBShimmer Clearly on Top and followed that with a coat of INM Northern Lights (of course!!). For the stamp I used Konad plate M78 and Konad Black Special Polish. I sealed it all off with a light coat of Seche Vite and called it a day. 

 Two years later and I am still SO in love with the final product... That said, I was  very temped to just leave my gradients with out the stamping. They looked so Summery and playful! 

 I hope you guys enjoyed this little stroll down LTHP memory lane. It is also amazing to see what a few years of practice can do for ones skill set. This is why I can't stress the importance of patience, time and practice enough. Seeing the improvement is always so encouraging, and gives me hope that someday I might actually get good at freehand designs! 

 The next prompt to take on is "Simple". Even though I have not been posting my designs "on time", I am still so happy to be almost done with this challenge. And not because I want to be done... More because I am actually seeing through to the end. I needed a swift kick in the bum to get motivated and this challenge has helped me a lot.

O.P.I Hey Baby & In True Stefani Fashion Glitter Gradient

Happy Pink Friday! 

  It's a Friday quickie! Today I have a sweet and simple sparkly look using Two of the shades from O.P.I's Gwen Stefani Collection. When I first laid eyes upon In True Stefani Fashion I just knew it would make beautiful glitter gradients. 

 The base Pink color is O.P.I Hey Baby. I used a bit of cosmetic sponge to apply O.P.I In True Stefani Fashion to the tips of my nails. I finished my nails of with some Seche Vite to smooth out the sponging and bring out the sparkle. I so adore glittery gradients. They are a very easy way to spice up any mani.

Cult Nails All Access/ Fall 2013 Collection- Nail Art Look

Hello and good morning! 

(*EDIT*): I feel like I have to mention this. Cult Nails has NO association with CULT Cosmetics. They are two different companies. Cult Nails has been around since about 2010 if memory serves me right. This Cult Cosmetics has only been around a few months but they have practically committed identity theft. Even going as far as pitching to bloggers using the Cult Nails tagline "join the cult". I don't even know what to say about it other than I think it is a rotten thing this new company is doing.
 I admire originality, people who work hard and know their industry... So the fact that they appear to not have done any research before launching their brand, using someone else's "identity" in a sense.. leads me to believe that the people behind Cult Cosmetics are just looking to make a quick buck of the "nail trend" and are not actually into it because they want to be innovative.  Today I want to share this look I did using all Five shades in Cult Nails' All Access Collection. This collection was released back in 2013 for Fall-ish. The collection has a 90's grungy feel, and that pleases my inner 13 year old in the best way possible. In this collection Maria did Three new cremes and two shard- glitters. I really wanted to bring them together in a flashy look and this is what I ended up with. Such lush! Much sparkle!

  As I mentioned above, this look uses all Five shades in the All Access Collection. The only color I did not do nail art over was Cult Nails Disillusion. Disillusion (on my Ring finger and Thumb) is a Black jelly base packed with Magenta shard glitter. The formula on this shade was a bit tricky. It was a bit thick and needed slight manipulation. I built it up to opacity by using Three coats. I think this shade is best layered. On my Index finger I used Cult Nails Lamestain as my base. This shade is deep, vampy burgundy creme-jelly perfection. As an accent I used a cosmetic sponge to do a gradient using Cult Nails Feedback which is a beautiful blend of Golden/Iridescent shard glitters in a clear base. 

 On my Middle nail I used Cult Nails Wackslacks as my base. For the peacock feather design over my Middle nail I used Pueen stamping plate Pueen09 and China Glaze Passion. On my Pinkie nail I started with a base of Cult Nails Grunge. This shade is easily my fave in this collection. Grunge is a beautiful shade of muted moss green with the signature Cult Nails smokiness. I accented my Pinkie by doing a reverse dot gradient using Wackslacks. To finish off I did a coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast top coat. 

 It goes without saying that the cremes in this collection are flawless. Wackslacks could have practically been one coat, I did two out of OCD. Lamestain glides on like butter and is perfect in Two coats. Grunge is also a dream as it is opaque like a creme but applies like the best crelly you've ever tried. The glitters are not hard to work with, they just require a bit more patience as they are SO packed with glitters.

 I wore this look for about Five days. When the time came to change my nail color, these were still holding on for dear life. I will never cease to be amazed by the wear of Cult Nails nail polishes. LTHP's Crazy Birthday Nails! Turning 27 in Rad Nails

Hi everyone and happy Thursday! 

 Today is my birthday! I will be keeping my intro short and sweet today. I'm allowed to slack a little on my special day, right ;)? Anywho, I wanted to do something kind of crazy and all over the place on my nails... So that is exactly what I did haha. 

 I think it is easier if I break this look down by nail since there is so much going on. There was really no rhyme or reason behind any of this manicure. I just kind of winged it and ended up with this crazy look that somehow seems to work.

- Index and Ring nails: Gradient with Milani Cupid's Touch and Aqua Brisk. The glitter over Aqua Brisk is China Glaze's Your Present Required. My Ring fingernail is the same thing, just inverted. I REEEEEALLY love how these gittering gradient nails turned out. 

- Middle nail: For the base I used Cult Nails Tempest. For the splatter part I used Bettina Pink Bikini, Hopeful and Cult Nails Nevermore. 

- Tumb and Pinkie nails: For the base I used China Glaze Put a Bow on It. I then did a dotted gradient using China Glaze Mingle with Kringle, Cult Nails Tempest and Nevermore. 

 I topped all of my nails off with a top coat of KBShimmer Clearly on top. On my Index, Middle and Ring nails I also did a coat of INM Northern Lights for some extra sparkle. I kind of like the "multiple personality" thing this look has going on, very me haha.
