Please enjoy the following Press release from O.P.I my lovelies,

Coast to Coast Classics

OPI Launches Touring America
Collection for Fall/Winter 2011

OPI hits the open road with a new take on classic style in the Touring America Collection for Fall/Winter 2011. Inspired by Americana and cities with rich cultural heritage, the collection’s twelve shades offer comfortable glamour and wearable elegance for nails and toes.
“My recent road trip across the country sparked the creation of the Touring America Collection,” says Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Executive VP & Artistic Director.  “Autumn is a time for reinvention, and these shades revive classic, iconic colors for fall, from cool heather, khaki and chocolate to warm rose, peach and red.”
The season’s go-to shades of taupe and pearl grey appear in variations from dark to light – A-taupe the Space NeedleGet in the Expresso Lane,French Quarter for Your Thoughts, and Suzi Takes the Wheel.  Lush urban neutrals in deep sapphire (Road House Blues), rich raisin (Honk If You Love OPI), chic olive (Uh-oh Roll Down the Window), and coffee brown (I Brake for Manicures) merge with iconic red (Color to Diner For), vivid rose (My Address is “Hollywood”), and luminous coral and orange (I Eat Mainely LobsterAre We There Yet?) for an expansive color landscape.

“This collection will take women around the world on the ultimate tour across the USA, with stops in Baltimore, Clarksdale, Hollywood, Jackson Hole, Memphis, Milwaukee, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Seattle, St. Louis, and Tucson,” explains Suzi. “Together, the locales that inspired Touring America make up a rich palette of color complementing trends from the runway, where we saw a mix of feminine details and dramatic menswear touches.”

Bettina Jeans Collection

Hello Darlings!

Today I will be showing Bettina's newest collection which was inspired by Denim!! I am in love with these Three colors! Take a look at these three "washes" ;).
Also a little bit about Bettina. They are made and sold in Puerto Rico only at the moment. They are working on exporting to Florida and will be in attendance at the Miami Beauty Show this year (so will I). I will be updating you guys on Bettina news as I hear them but in the mean time please enjoy these swatches :). And start working on those wishlists for when they get here!!

We get started with Vintage. This is a Sky Blue creme that is absolute Summer perfection. This tone is absolutely unique in my collection and a little hard to describe. It is a true , true light Blue creme and surprisingly the picture is very color accurate. It has enough Blue in it to take it out of pastel territory completely. The formula is excellent, two coats.

This is the awesome Sand Blast. This is the lightest Grey in my collection and totally awesome. I also have a pair of denim in this color that I absolutely love hahaha! Anywho, the formula is amazingly smooth as I've come to expect from Bettina. This is an unique tone of Grey as it is very, very light and has the slightest touch of Blue. I like that it is a light Grey but t doesn't turn Putty toned. This is Two coats.

And last but not least we have Indigo and my favorite wash of denim! This is an excellent dark Blue creme with just a hint of Purple undertones. The formula is amazing as well on this one. I could have left it at One coat but I did Two.
I really love this small collection.  In this little group Bettina has given us Two beautiful shades of Blue and an awesome Grey. The formula is buttery smooth on all three of these. For all three Two coats of color were used and the pictures were taken before the application of a Top Coat so as you can see these polishes have a very intense shine on their own. Surprisingly all Three of these colors are unique in my collection! That always makes me happy :)! The colors really do remind me of denim and all three color complement each other so well, I think I'll do a tape mani soon with all three. These colors are perfect for Summer and make me long for a nice Beach day in my shorty shorts!

What's your favorite wash?
